Thirdly, smoking leads to the building of blockage in arteries which often results to fatal heart attacks.Apart from financial repercussions, smoking has some health ones too.

The ratio of nicotine in the tobacco is so high that after intake of the tobacco one feels active for sometimes and as soon as it’s effective subsides the person feels tired and crave more. Secondly, when you inhale the smoke, you are also taking the substance which can damage your lungs. With the passage of time, your lungs lose the ability to filter the chemical substances which results in lungs cancer. Thirdly, it also destroy our liver and this leads to liver cancer. According to study nearly half of all liver cancer cases is because of smoking. Hence, smoking is not only taking your money but also your life.

ReplyDeleteMost smokers started when they were teens. Those who have friends and/or parents who smoke are more likely to start smoking than those who don’t. Some teens say that they “just wanted to try it,” or they thought it was “cool” to smoke.
Nicotine and other chemicals in tobacco smoke are easily absorbed into the blood through the lungs. From there, nicotine quickly spreads throughout the body.

Almost half of all the bladder and kidney cancers in men are caused by smoking. It is proven that tobacco smoke chemicals are poisons that inhibit the development of the new tissue cells. The tissue of smokers does not get an adequate blood supply to promote healing, thus smokers are at a much higher risk of developing osteoporosis.Beside the fact that smoking causes damage to the health, it can be a very expensive habit!

Today's one pack of cigarette cost about 6$, if someone smoke one pack a day everyday, the annual expenditure on smoke is 21190$ per year,this is the true cost of smoking. On the other hand cigarette smoking also affects human health and damage all organs of the hman body. Firstly, smoking is the number one cause of lung cancer by damaging air ways. According to research, smokers are 15 to 30 times more likely to get lung cancer or die from lung cancer as compare to non smokers. Secondly, smoking affects the circulation of blood and heart function by causing two main things. one is that it increases the blood pressure and second one is that it increases heart rate because in cigarette the level of nicotine is present which affect the nerve so heart rate increase. Finally, it causes the mouth and throat cancer because in cigarette the level of nicotine is kept high due to this,the risk of mouth and throat cancer its very high. Aw,this mean that smoking its not only bad habit but it also shortens human life. So,why not stop smoking now?
ReplyDeleteParagraph writing is an amazing art. Some people learn it by nature and others by nurture. If I talk about my experience of writing a paragraph, it will amaze you. Because it is neither natural nor nurture. I have been writing paragraph since 2009 but I am still unable to write a clear and concise paragraph. I often make speeling mistaks. However, it gives me pleasure, passion, and discerning to explore my ideas, when I start writing. Once my teacher asked me “ Mr practice makes man perfect, so never give up on practice.” I wish I had taken serious steps for writing practice, it could not be difficult for me to write an interesting paragraph. Hence, I am happy that now I am able to cling my hand hard on grammar, coherency, and vocabulary. I hope one day I will be adept at paragraph writing, which was never easy for me.

ReplyDeletesince , 2009 i have been writing but i always do blunder mistake in grammar portion not only making irrelevant sentences but also spelling mistakes . unfortunately i am totally unable to utilize my hand writing skills . once my teacher suggested me "practice makes perfect". so never give up on practice . till then i took his suggestion very seriously because confidence is foundation of achievement . i concentrate on my written skills now i am able to write an interesting paragraphs, also i habitual of using difficult vocabulary correct grammar and also making coherence i wish i could be the best writer .....

According to reasearch, by eleven minutes, every cigarette fatal the human life and he has less time to spend life with his love ones. Moreover, it had economic impact as well, because a pack of cigarette cost almost 100 Rs which is expensive in today's era of pauperism. Hence, these are the few disadvantages which hampers life through both ends of health and economic.
